A Poet's Apology!

(Ode to Love)
Excerpt from ACOM book Series
The last time I had your voice -
It was over the call and you didn't sound right.
The tone of your voice was like we had a fight.
That wasn't right.

Here I am, apologizing -
For all my flaws, and I hope
This will right my wrong
And maybe, we may hug again.

Maybe we can write our names on the streets of love,
Or maybe on the Sky and the angels may dance -
To the tune of our love and giving praise to what we will become,
Like Michelle and Obama.
